When Samsung unintentionally confirmed the time when the second 2020 Unpacked event should take place to present the new Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Fold 2, everyone was already hoping that the company would maintain the same ad window as in previous years, which always occurred in August, despite the Covid-19 pandemic.
Although the event is practically certain to take place in the month of August, now new information indicates that the presentation of the new Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Fold 2 should take place in the form of an online event, where the company announces its news on stage, but with staff smaller and without a crowd of journalists and guests.
So far the information points out that the new generation of the Galaxy Note line can arrive with two models, a set of up to four rear cameras with a periscope lens, but without offering the 100x SpaceZoom, and design mixed between the Note 10 and Galaxy S20.
Rumors about the success of the Galaxy Fold, however, point out that Samsung is working hard to offer an internal notch screen, a more powerful camera system, as well as support for the S Pen and maintaining a surprisingly high price. But even before the announcement of Fold 2, there is a possibility for the company to reveal a month earlier a more accessible and inferior hardware version of the model, while still maintaining some of the main design features.
In addition to the new Galaxy Note and Fold, Samsung is likely to update some accessories in the wearable line such as wireless headsets, smartwatches, smart bands, and smart speakers. All of this being presented in August.
