Samsung Electronics has unveiled the latest Galaxy A smartphones: Galaxy A71 and Galaxy A51. The new devices offer a number of improved solutions, a renewed design, Quad-Rear Cameras and holes in their screens.
The mid-range of the Korean firm was renewed quite successfully for this 2019, now it remains to be seen if it does the same for next 2020. We tell you everything you should know about Samsung’s new phones, which could mark the near future of the Design in the company.
The first novelty of the Galaxy A51 is the presence of a quadruple photo sensor on the back against three sensors for the current Galaxy A50. Definitions are also on the rise. The main module increases to 48MP and is accompanied by an ultra-wide 12MP sensor, a 5MP macro lens for close-up shots and a TOF of 5. At the front, there is a selfie camera with a definition of 32MP.
The Galaxy A51 is equipped with an Exynos 9611 SoC that is supported by 4/6GB of RAM and internal storage of 64 or 128GB. It has a screen Infinity-O Super AMOLED 6.5 inches and will be launched Android 10 with One UI 2.0, well before the Galaxy S11. Its battery has a capacity of 4000mAh with a 15W fast charge.
The Galaxy A71 offers a better spec sheet than the A51. It is distinguished by its slightly larger screen: 6.7 inches in Full HD + definition. Here, the SoC is a Snapdragon 730 supported by 6 or 8GB of RAM for a single storage capacity of 128GB expandable via a micro SD card.
The configuration of the camera is also better. There is also a quadruple photosensor with the main module of 64MP, an ultra-wide-angle lens of 12MP and a macro sensor and a TOF of 5MP each. The battery has a capacity of 4500mAh with a 25W fast charge.
If we make the change, the Galaxy A51 would arrive at a price that is around US$ 346. Its official launch is expected on December 27. For its part, the Galaxy A71 will reach the market with a 6GB version of RAM and 128GB of storage, but there is still no information on its price.
