Roborock Technology has launched a new generation of self-cleaning sweeping and mopping robots, the Roborock P10 Pro. Notably, it now features a dynamic robotic arm for side dragging, a breakthrough innovation.
Addressing the persistent issue of “dead corner cleaning,” which has long troubled daily cleaning routines, the P10 Pro from Roborock integrates a dynamic mechanical arm for side dragging. This mechanical marvel, a combination of sophisticated hardware design and intelligent software strategy, employs side dragging and wall sensors to achieve exceptional wetting effects. This empowers the robot to effectively navigate through various challenging scenarios. The robot’s arm dynamically extends along edges during mopping, amplifying corner coverage by an impressive 92%, effectively eliminating cleaning blind spots. Furthermore, it demonstrates intelligent retraction during cornering or obstacle avoidance, ensuring smoother movement.
The Roborock P10 Pro enhances its cleaning performance with a suction force reaching 7000Pa. The main brush boasts a full silicone construction, facilitating deep dust removal. Additionally, it collaborates with carpet booster and second carpet cleaning modes, each tailored to different cleaning needs like households with pets, carpets, and long hair.
Equipped with a dynamic hot water rewashing function, the P10 Pro offers three temperature levels, capable of reaching up to 60°C for cloth washing. Bolstered by smart algorithms, it gauges washing time and water volume, efficiently managing various cleaning scenarios from light stains to heavy soiling.
Furthermore, the Roborock P10 Pro introduces upgraded intelligent dynamic dust collection and self-cleaning modules. Accompanied by a substantial 2.7L dust bag and an intelligent dust collection mode, it ensures high-efficiency and residue-free dust disposal.
Continuing the evolution from its predecessors, the all-around base station retains and enhances its features, including automatic dust collection, water replenishment, drying, antibacterial actions, hot water mop washing, adjustable water levels, and a detachable cleaning tray.
Elevating its environment perception capabilities, the Roborock P10 Pro leverages the synergy of 3D structured light and RGB camera technology. This empowers it to identify 62 object types across 20 categories, adeptly navigating around different obstacles, thus attaining comprehensive environmental awareness. The robot adapts even in dim lighting conditions, automatically activating supplementary lighting to prevent delays in obstacle recognition.
The main brush and mop of the P10 Pro can be dynamically raised and lowered, allowing for versatile use. In pure dragging mode, the raised main brush prevents water from entering the dustbin, minimizing operational noise. Switching to pure sweeping mode lifts the mop, enabling potent vacuuming without wetting carpets. Innovatively, the mopping function is refined – the base station detects cloth saturation and area dirt levels. It achieves thorough cleaning in heavily soiled zones via the high-speed rotation of dual mop cloths at 200 rpm and an 80ml built-in electric control water tank.
The Roborock P10 Pro responds to the voice command “Hello, Roborock,” awakening a host of functionalities. This includes initiating and stopping voice-controlled cleaning, issuing cleaning orders, activating shortcut commands, scheduling cleaning tasks, and skipping certain areas. Furthermore, the robot supports a range of life interactions such as queries, translations, and remote video calls beyond cleaning operations. These voice commands function even without an internet connection.
Notably, the P10 Pro introduces the upgraded RRmason10.0 system, delivering an array of benefits. It intelligently identifies thresholds and restricted zones, enhances cleaning fluidity, and allows for settings adjustments via the app, enabling cleaning in reverse floor directions. Users can also employ WeChat applets, the Apple Watch app, and other interfaces for sweeper control.
