The Plus E comes with 64GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 256GB via Hybrid SIM microSD card slot (dual-SIM, SIM with microSD). Also is equipped with the enormous number of 6GB of LPDDR4 RAM, which I believe is a number that will start little by little to see a lot!
The Mi Note 2 on the other hand comes with the latest version of the Quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 clocked at 2.35GHz. The Mi Note 2 has 6GB of RAM running and 128GB ROM of internal storage. With all these storage, it never ends!

Umi has tried from the beginning to have very good relations with Mediatek and now with the release of the Helio P20, shows that these relations are really very good.

Conclusion
Both mobiles, and Xiaomi Note 2 and Umi Plus E come with very good specs. Mi Note 2 has a little better specs from Umi since it has a bigger screen, more internal storage, but UMI comes at half the price of the Mi Note 2, so I guess is all relative. You can find Umi Plus E at Efox at a very low price, as and the Mi Note 2. So Umi Plus Extreme costs €239.99, but you can use 30euros coupon code: UPL30 to catch it at €209.99 and Mi Note 2 costs €489.99.
