Huawei launched the very well known Huawei P8 Lite before about two years. When the model hit the market had great acceptance that Huawei decided to give some more life to the model. That’s why has presented some more models from then keeping the same design. One of those models was the Huawei P8 Youth Edition. Now we see Huawei to relaunch the model in a new name for the European market. The mobile will be called now Huawei P8 Lite 2017.
The Huawei P8 Lite 2017 will feature a rounded glass body, a 5.2-inch LCD IPS screen at a Full HD resolution with 2.5D arc technology and with a fingerprint scanner on the back of the mobile. Will come in black, white and gold, with a weight of 147 grams and dimensions 147.2 × 73 × 7.63 mm. £Under the hood will lye the octacore Kirin 655 made with 16nm process technology and A53 architecture (2.1GHz + 1.7GHz). For the graphics it will be equipped with a Mali-T830 MP2 the same found on the Glory play 6X, For memory will have +1GB from the original, meaning it will have 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory that can be expanded via a microSD card slot. The main camera at the back will be a 12MP supporting PDAF, aperture f/2.2 and the 8MP camera on the front will support f/2.0 aperture.
The Huawei P8 Lite 2017 will be equipped with a 3000mAh battery, micro USB 2.0 port, WiFi 802.11n, Bluetooth 4.1 and NFC. It will be running EMUI 5.0 based on Android 7.0 Nougat.
As you can see Huawei P8 Lite 2017, might be a mid-range mobile, but has some very good specs. The company has announced that will hit the market on the 1st of February and will appear first at UK from Vodafone that has the exclusive sales rights. On the UK the price of it will be around 185 £, that is 245$, while the contract version will be priced at 16£. Now we guess that soon we will see it and in the other markets also.
