Scheduled for an official release on November 29, the Xiaomi Redmi Watch 4 boasts an impressive battery life of up to 20 days. Highlighted features include a “leap-forward upgrade,” combining a large screen, high brightness, low power consumption, and extended battery life.
Confirmed specifications reveal that the Redmi Watch 4 will sport a 1.97-inch AMOLED square screen with a maximum brightness of 600nit. Incorporating an LTPS low-power display and a visually striking four-sided equilateral design, this iteration represents Redmi’s inaugural foray into metal watches. Notably, it employs an alloy frame and a metal crown equipped with a photoelectric rotation sensor.
Transitioning to aesthetics, the Redmi Watch 4 will support quick-release wristbands, offering a diverse selection of materials such as metal, leather, and fabric. Additionally, users can choose from over 200 fashionable watch faces to personalize their device.
Comparatively, last year’s Redmi Watch 3 featured a 1.75-inch AMOLED color display with a resolution of 390 × 450, supporting 341 PPI, a 60Hz refresh rate, and a 600nit brightness. Noteworthy capabilities of the Redmi Watch 3 encompassed 121 sports modes, including outdoor running, cycling, mountain climbing, and pool swimming. This device utilized professional sports algorithms, enabling monitoring of heart rate, calorie consumption, exercise duration, sleep patterns, and blood oxygen saturation detection. Furthermore, it housed a built-in multi-functional NFC, compatible with over 300 city bus cards nationwide.
