As announced by the Xiaomi sub-brand, throughout the morning they have announced the official presentation date of the Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 8 Pro. These two new smartphones of medium or medium-high range that will be presented to the world this August 29.
Finally, the rumors seemed to be true and, in just a week, the successor of the current king of the mid-range, Redmi Note 7 will be presented. A successful smartphone that in just 8 months has achieved spectacular figures that reach 20 million units sold, thus becoming one of Xiaomi’s best-selling Smartphone.
Now, it has been properly Redmi, as well as its CEO Lu Weibing, who through Weibo has announced the date of presentation of the new generation Redmi Note. Specifically, it will be this August 29 when the Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 8 Pro are presented next to the new Redmi TV 70. These two smartphones that will bring as a novelty the main camera of no less than 64MP.
As we can see in the image above, which has also been the one that has been published in Weibo to promote this new event, the new Redmi Note 8 (probably the Pro version) will have a quad rear camera. In this way, in its back, we will find a traditional fingerprint sensor, a 64MP main camera, a telephoto lens, a wide-angle and as a novelty a macro type sensor.
On the other hand, it is not clear if the Redmi Note 8 will also have a total of four photographic sensors or against it, it will have “only 3”. A new doubt that is likely to be revealed by August 29. Remember that Lu Weibing loves to reveal small details as the official presentation approaches.
