The MIUI superstructure is iconically connected with smartphones produced by the Chinese giant. One of these popular iconic smartphones is the Redmi Note 7/7 Pro, which gained its popularity among fans mainly due to its excellent price-performance ratio.
Unfortunately, the week begins with bad news. As of April of this year, several Xiaomi smartphones, among which we find the Redmi Note 7, will be left without support for new updates.
This has been properly communicated by Xiaomi through its official forum in China for developers. From next April 24, terminals such as the Redmi Note 7/7 Pro and Mi CC9e will stop receiving new betas and be part of the developer program.
In this way, it is most likely that these devices will stop having great news or updates, that is, they will not see the arrival of MIUI 13 or any other great MIUI 12.5-style update that Xiaomi launches.
In this way, terminals as mythical as the Redmi Note 7, a king of the mid-range where they exist, will stop receiving much of the next news that we are seeing either through MIUI 12.5, as well as through any other new update.
Of course, Xiaomi will continue to release new stable and security updates in order to correct possible serious errors. What if we will not see in the Redmi Note 7/7 Pro and Mi CC9e are the next developments that will be developed, as well as MIUI 13.
