Redmi is set to unveil its latest flagship smartphone, the Redmi K60 Ultra, later this month. The upcoming device has successfully obtained the necessary network access license and awaits an official announcement by Lu Weibing. Fans eagerly express their anticipation for the updated K60 Ultra on Lu Weibing’s Weibo account.
Diverging from its predecessors, the K60 and K60 Pro, which featured the Snapdragon platform, the Redmi K60 Ultra reverts to the MediaTek Dimensity platform. The highly advanced Dimensity 9200+ chip will power it, recognized as the most powerful chip ever developed by Fago. Official data highlights significant enhancements achieved in the Dimensity 9200+ processor.
To elaborate, the Dimensity 9200+ boasts an octa-core CPU configuration. It comprises a 3.35GHz Arm Cortex-X3 super core, three 3.0GHz Arm Cortex-A715 large cores, and four 2.0GHz Arm Cortex-A510 energy-efficient cores. Notably, the GPU component incorporates the Immortalis-G715, an 11-core graphics processor, with a peak frequency boosted by 17%, ensuring great CPU and GPU performance.
Moreover, the Dimensity 9200+ integrates a 5G R16 modem, supporting 4CC four-carrier aggregation. It also includes features such as Wi-Fi 7 four-way dual-band connectivity, showcasing impressive overall functionality.
