Lu Weibing, president of Xiaomi China and general manager of Redmi brand, announced that the K50 series’ ultimate masterpiece will officially debut in August.
According to the revelations, there are two K50 series of ultimate masterpiece, which is expected to be named K50S and K50S Pro, the K50S Pro model is 22081212C, the K50S model is 22071212AC.
In terms of core configuration, the K50S series will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8+ flagship processor, which is based on TSMC’s mature 4nm manufacturing process and has a supercore frequency of 3.2ghz, which Lu described as “the ultimate performance” of the Antutu.
K50S Pro will also be equipped with a 120Hz OLED display, up to 12GB of RAM, 512GB of storage, and a 5,000mah battery with 120W-second charge.
More importantly, K50S Pro will debut a 200-megapixel camera. Instead of the HP1 used in the Moto X30 Pro, it will be a Samsung HP3 with a 0.56 micron pixel area and 1/1.4 inch sensor, reducing the size of the camera module by 20% and making smartphones slimmer.

As for price, the K50S is likely to start at 3,000 yuan to 3,500 yuan based on Redmi’s best value proposition.
