According to foreign media NewZonly, Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi plans to launch Redmi 12C series smartphones in multiple global markets. This phone is estimated to be launched on March 10, with a starting price of 1048 Brazilian reals ($203). The phone was launched in China in December last year, with a starting price of $100.
The Redmi 12C is equipped with MediaTek Helio G85 chip, supplemented by LPDDR4X memory, eMMC 5.1 flash memory, 6.71-inch high-definition screen, built-in 5000mAh battery, supports 10W charging, front 5MP selfie lens, rear dual camera, 50MP main camera, and 1217 loudspeaker, supports FM radio, fingerprint recognition on the back, 8.77mm thick, 192g in weight.
In the terms of price, the Redmi 12C 4GB+64GB version is $100, the 4+128GB version is $115, and the 6+128GB version is $130. This phone is available in four colors: shadow black, deep sea blue, mint green, and lavender purple.
