Today, the Red Magic official announced the tablet’s display. The front of the Red Magic gaming tablet will feature a big 12.1-inch screen boasting a 2.5K resolution and an immersive 16:10 aspect ratio optimized for gaming enthusiasts.
The promotional material shows that the tablet employs an edge-to-edge screen design, providing users with an enhanced sense of immersion during gaming sessions and movie viewing.
However, some individuals in online communities express reservations about the tablet’s size, suggesting that 8 inches would be more suitable for an e-sports-focused device.
The Red Magic gaming tablet has been revealed to incorporate cutting-edge technology to enhance its longevity and charging speed. It supports the industry-leading 80W flash charging, ensuring rapid replenishment of its massive 10000mAh battery, which rivals that of a power bank. The tablet can reach a full charge in just 55 minutes.
Previous reports suggested that the Red Magic gaming tablet will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 chip, equipped with 12GB+256GB of storage. Additionally, it will feature built-in dual centrifugal fans and the unique active air-cooled fan heating system developed by the Red Magic. With these advanced features, running demanding games like “Yuan Shen” at high quality and frame rates should pose no challenge for the tablet.
