On August 15, Realme will present its new smartphone with a 64MP camera, which will be called Realme 5 or Realme 5 Pro. Now the smartphone was seen in the database of the popular Geekbench benchmark, where the test results of the Realme RMX1903 mobile device.
The manufacturer has installed on the phone a semi-flagship octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor with a clock speed of 2.3 GHz and supplemented with graphics Adreno 616. Otherwise, the phone has 8GB of RAM and in its operating system uses Android 9.0 Pie from Google, but with a proprietary shell from the manufacturer.
In the single-core benchmark testing mode, the phone scored 1476 points, while in the multi-core mode it was 5876 points. These are by far not the highest figures, but no one is claiming that Realme 5 will become a flagship.
This is a mobile device that will turn out to be about the same level as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, meaning buyers will be able to buy it for about $200. It will be located on the back glass cover, made of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 glass.
There is no doubt that the novelty will find its customers, as it looks very promising. If such a phone is actually worth around $280, or a little more expensive, it has a big future, especially since such a model will get a fingerprint scanner built-in, and by no means, the same Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 boasts can not.
The official announcement of the new Realme 5 will take place on August 15, 2019, and will be held in China. During this event, this phone is officially announced, announcing its specifications and cost.
