After many revelations, RealMe has finally officially announced its first premium flagship phone —Realme GT2 Pro.
Li Bingzhong, founder and CEO of RealMe, announced the launch of RealMe’s first high-end flagship: Realme GT2 Pro, which has stronger performance, better design, and more extreme video experience.
In addition, Xu Qi, vice president of Realme, president of China and president of global marketing, said that the realme GT2 Pro is a “ship” for three years, which is the highest specification of the flagship product in the history of realme.
With the launch of the world’s first Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 flagship Moto X30, Xiaomi and other manufacturers will launch their own new phones. That’s when whistleblower @StuffListings released a poster showing that the RealMe GT2 series will be released globally (overseas, at least) on Dec. 20 and will unsurprisingly be the world’s second Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen1.
Realme has not yet confirmed the launch time of the new phone in China, but according to the poster of 9:00 GMT on December 20, it should be 17:00 GMT on December 20. However, considering realMe does not usually choose this time to launch new phones in China, domestic press releases are expected to be different.
In addition, RealMe GT2 has not completed the three certificates at present, and there are restrictions on the domestic sale. Moreover, @digital Chat website indicates that RealMe will have a special event on December 20, namely the pre-communication meeting of the new flagship GT2 series, which may only reveal some contents in this communication meeting.
If the revelations are true, we can expect to see an official announcement from RealMe tomorrow (today is a national memorial day and not suitable for marketing).
What’s more, the poster appears to be a warm-up for the day before the event, with the tagline “Innovating ahead,” possibly alluding to RealMe GT2 collection bringing some surprises.
It will launch in the first quarter of next year with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 flagship processor and 12GB+256GB storage. The 6.51-inch Super OLED screen, FHD+ resolution, 20:9 ratio, pixel density 401ppi, supporting high refresh rate, fingerprint recognition under the screen. In terms of camera shooting, the phone is equipped with a 32MP camera in the front and a 108MP main camera + 8MP ultra wide angle + 5MP lens in the rear. It is built-in battery capacity of 5000mAh,equipped with RealMe UI 3.0 system.
