The direct successor of the realme 7i smartphone, which turned out to be a good budget smartphone, the realme 8i, may differ slightly from its predecessor. At the same time, he will be more like more expensive brothers. Because today, the specifications and renders of the Realme 8i have been leaked online.
The front of the Realme 8i has a “perforated” design in the upper left corner and the bezel is quite thin. The back is where the three sensors in the square module are located along with the LED flash. The left side has the volume key and SIM tray while the right side will have the fingerprint sensor and the power button. The USB port, 3.5mm audio jack, and speaker strip are located on the bottom edge.
The rendered image shows that the device has a gray color option, but there may be more color options. The back is curved to make it easier for the user to hold.
Realme 8i is expected to be equipped with a 6.59-inch screen that supports Full HD + resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The body is made of plastic with a thickness of 8.6mm and weighs 194 grams.
The device will be the first phone to use a MediaTek Helio G96 processor with 2 Cortex-A76 cores clocked at 2.05GHz, 6 Cortex-A55 cores, and Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. Comes with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 internal memory.
The back is home to a trio of cameras including a 50MP main sensor, a 2MP depth-of-field sensor, and a 2MP macro camera. The front camera has a resolution of 16MP. The capacity of the battery is 5000mAh and will likely support 30W fast charging.
The latest rumors reported by OnLeaks about Realme 8i concern the launch date on the Indian market, which should be 11 September, and the price: 10999 rupees (about $148).
