Qualcomm officially launched its second-generation Snapdragon 7 + mobile platform on March 17, which is officially described as “the strongest 7 Series platform in the history of Snapdragon”. Foreign technology media hothardware was invited to the MWC 2023 exhibition to conduct a run test on the reference model, and made a comparison run chart.
Qualcomm’s test device featured a 6.65-inch 1080p AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 12GB of internal memory and a 4,192mah capacity battery.
The second-generation Snapdragon 7 + chip was in the middle of the pack, with a single-core score of 1211 and a multi-core score of 4005. The single-core score is close to that of the Galaxy S22+ (1223) and Galaxy S22 Ultra (1237) powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, but it beats those two models in multi-core.
