The Xiaomi‘s Pocophone F1 is certainly a smartphone that has caught the public’s attention, mainly because of its technical specifications that include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset, for example, as well as its below average price.
Revealed last year, many questions when their successor will come forward. After a supposed Pocophone F1 Lite has been found with Snapdragon 660, now comes the turn of the Pocophone F2 standard to appear on the Geekbench which result reveals chips, RAM and the operating system that Pocophone F2 is equipped with.
According to Slashgear page, data from Geekbench shows that Pocophone F2 comes with Qualcomm’s most advanced processor at the present time, Snapdragon 855 built on the most advanced 7nm process and has 8 cores clocked at 1.9 GHz. However, quite strange when the phone only has 4GB of RAM and runs on Android Q, because even the lowest configuration version of Poco F1 has 6GB of RAM.
With the configuration on the Pocophone F2 scored the Geekbench score of 1776 single points and 6097 multi-core points. This is an unimpressive result, if not too low, especially if you compare them to other Snapdragon 855 phones. The cause may stem from equipment being in different stages of the pre-production process.
Pocophone F1 was released in August last year, so its successor may appear in the third quarter of this year. Currently information about Pocophone F2 is quite small, hopefully, in the future, we will get more new information about this product.
