On March 31, a new device under the Poco brand with the code designation M2004J11G was registered on the website of the Eurasian Economic Commission (ECE). Probably, we are talking about the long-awaited POCO F2 model. The new certified cell phone was listed on the website on March 31, 2020. With an indication that it has the “POCO” brand – which now operates independently from Xiaomi.
Sources say the POCO F2 apparently should have been launched in 2019, but it didn’t. In addition, when everyone was waiting for the F2, the company launched the POCO X2. This is basically an adapted version of the Redmi K30. The sources also say that Xiaomi has apparently also confirmed that the Redmi K30 Pro will not be released as the POCO F2.
The POCO X2 has a 6.67 inch IPS LCD screen with Full HD + resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. This phone comes equipped with the Snapdragon 730G chip, 6/ 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, 64/ 128 / 256GB storage capacity. Its slot for microSD cards supports up to 512GB and 4500mAh battery.
The POCO X2 features two front cameras – one 20MP and one 2MP. At the rear, the device has a main camera of 64MP that uses the Sony IMX686 sensor, an ultrawide camera of 8MP, a macro camera of 2MP and a camera of 2MP with a depth sensor.
Another detail is that this “gamer” phone has liquid cooling. So that users can enjoy their games for long periods without running the risk of overheating the device. Unfortunately, there is no detailed information on the release dates of the smartphone Maybe (POCO F2). However, the appearance of new items in the ECE registry may mean a release in the near future.
