Samsung’s screens are probably the most eye-catching on the market and it seems that Oukitel will offer this technology on its Oukitel K8000. After Apple invest in OLED screens for your iPhone X, it’s a matter of time until companies follow the new fashion.
The AMOLED or OLED screens have more vivid saturation, stronger contrast and save more autonomy than typical IPS screens and are now almost at the same manufacturing price.
So far there are two big companies that manufacture this type of screen. LG and Samsung Displays are the world’s largest suppliers, which leads us to wonder when other manufacturers will enter the battle.
This new Oukitel K8000 relies on Samsung to supply the AMOLED screens to the device. Apparently, the new Oukitel K8000 will feature a crude 8000 mAh battery, MediaTek MT6750T processor, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal memory and a 5.5 “inch screen.it will come with Android 7 OS which does an excellent job when it comes to power saving
The 16MP + 2MP rear cameras should not be formidable, however, this is a mid-range / low-end device, so it does not look bad at all. The 13MP front camera is an 80º wide-angle that will give you the possibility to take group selfies without the problem.
We still do not know what price the Oukitel K8000 will leave, but I do not think it will exceed 200 €. Your battery and your screen will be the greatest asset, but if you want to follow the fashion of the market with an 18: 9 screen, this is one of the terminals that will not give you that possibility. We will be attentive to the development of this device that should be official in the coming weeks.
