The new line of smartphones Oppo Reno 4 Series has been the subject of leaks in recent weeks and this was already an indication that its presentation was coming soon. A suspicion that Oppo itself has just confirmed.
The new Oppo Reno 4 and Reno 4 Pro will be officially unveiled on June 5th. The announcement was made by the company on the Chinese social network Weibo. In addition to the presentation date, Oppo also ended up revealing the design of its new equipment through various images and promotional videos.
The specifications of the Reno 4 and Reno 4 Pro have already been revealed in recent days by TENAA. To power both devices there should be the SoC Snapdragon 765 with support for 5G networks. The display of the Reno 4 could have a side hole useful to accommodate the only front camera available while the Pro variant should house two.
On both devices, we should find a triple rear camera. The Reno 4 should have 48MP + 8MP + 2MP sensors while the 4 Pro should have a 48MP + 12MP + 13MP module. For the front camera, on Reno 4 users will probably find a dual 32MP + 2MP sensor while on 4 Pro a single 32MP camera.
In terms of displays, for the Reno 4, Oppo would have chosen a 6.4-inch AMOLED with 2400 x 1800 resolution, compared to the 6.5-inch of the 4 Pro. Both devices should include a 4000mAh battery with support for the 65W Flash Charge 2.0 fast charge technology. Both smartphones work on Android 10 with the proprietary add-on ColorOS 7.1.
In recent days there have been many rumors about the Oppo Reno 4 Series that emerged through Weibo and which would demonstrate the presence of two color variants in addition to the aspects mentioned above.
