Oppo announced that its next flagship smartphone, the Find X3 Pro, will come out in the first three months of 2021. This time, the latest leak reveals the features and specifications of the Oppo Find X3 Pro
According to information relayed by Evan Blass, a famous informant of the smartphone world, the Find X3 Pro is built around a 6.7-inch 120 Hz curved screen (definition of 3216 x 1440 pixels and resolution of 525 ppi ) 10-bit HDR compatible. Like Samsung’s Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, it will sport an adaptive 120 Hz panel. Evan Blass mentions an impressive “maximum of 1.07 billion native colors”.
Unsurprisingly, it is powered by the 5G compatible Snapdragon 888, Qualcomm’s 5nm engraved chipset. The autonomy is entrusted to a 4500mAh battery compatible with Oppo’s fast home charging, the SuperVOOC 2.0.
Concretely, it takes less than 40 minutes for a complete recharge of the battery. The battery is also compatible with 30 W wireless charging (VOOC). Evan Blass teases similar performance to the OnePlus 8 Pro’s 30w wireless charging. It will therefore be possible to recharge the battery up to 50% in just 30 minutes.
The Chinese brand should put the package on the photography. On the back of the smartphone, we would find a camera consisting of two 50MP Sony IMX 766 sensors, a 13MP sensor with a 2x optical zoom, and a 3MP macro lens. This set up would allow a 25x zoom. Finally, the smartphone would be equipped with a dual antenna NFC chip facilitating payments and running Android 11 (ColorOS 11).
For the moment there are no images of the smartphone, while as regards the presentation date, the source anticipates that Find X3 Pro, together with the standard variant and a third model from the line (it could probably be the Find X3 Lite) will be made official in the first quarter of 2021; marketing should instead start in the following quarter.
