Today, Liu Zuohu, chief product officer of OPPO and founder of OnePlus, announced OPPO Find N on his Weibo account, which is OPPO’s first foldable phone.
Mr. Liu described it as a foldable phone that was “small enough and big enough.” This is the first folding flagship created by OPPO after four years and six generations. It is OPPO’s answer to the next development of smart phones and the most excited product after its return to OPPO as CPO.
Liu added that the first prototype of the Find N was built in-house in April 2018, and the team chose to continue polishing. In this process, we must adhere to two basic points: first, products must be beautiful and second, products must be easy to use. Liu zuohu mentioned that Find N solved the problems of folding screen industry such as crease and durability, and developed the best hinge and screen technology in the industry.
Liu zuohu said Find N aims to “discover a new possibility”. We are ushering in a new revolution in smartphones, an experience revolution brought about by morphological innovation, and a reshuffle of the industry. Find N is OPPO’s answer to this change, with four years of dedication.
