According to Oppo India’s official Twitter account, Oppo will launch the Oppo Band Style smart Band in India at 19:00 local time on March 8, which will support continuous monitoring of blood oxygen level (SpO2).
According to the official, the band will feature a simpler and refined look with a metal suspending frame, and a variety of regular rubber bands will also be available. The new bracelet will allow you to assess your breathing while you sleep, taking 28,800 blood oxygen samples over eight hours to screen for conditions such as sleep apnea.
What’s more, the Oppo Band Style has a 1.1-inch AMOLED display, which is brighter, larger and a huge improvement over its predecessor. In terms of the official picture, the band is thick and the optical sensor on the back does not protrude from the surface. There is no difference between the metal frame version and the normal version, and it is expected that consumers will be able to purchase a separate metal frame bracelet as a replacement.
In addition, the bracelet will also provide 12 exercise modes, including walking, running, cycling, yoga, swimming, badminton and so on, to help users monitor and record their exercise status.
