Information regarding the OnePlus 9 Pro continues to be leaked to the public before its official launch. While the best date remains “the beginning of 2021”, more details about the next flagship revealed by an insider. Using his Weibo account, he posted a System UI Screenshot of the OnePlus 9 Pro, which confirms some of the phone’s specifications and features that have been previously leaked or rumored.
Judging by the screenshot, the name of the Smartphone is the OnePlus 9 Pro, and the model number is LE2119, which is powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 888 processor. This platform uses the Arm Cortex-X1 super-core, which clocks in at 2.84 GHz, as well as three Cortex-A78 and four Cortex-A55 cores. The platform also received a built-in Snapdragon x60 5G modem and an Adreno 660 graphics processor.
Besides, the smartphone has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of flash memory, while the operating system is a customized version of the system based on Android 11. However, this page does not show the display and camera details of the phone, which is a little regrettable.
Expected with the new Snapdragon 888 5G chipset, the upcoming OnePlus 9 Pro should be presented between January and March 2021 with a new design and improvements in all directions, including a new set of cameras, better battery, and higher quality screen.
In other respects, previously a leaker Max Jambor (known as Max J. on Twitter) revealed that next year’s OnePlus 9 series may add another device called the OnePlus 9E. There are reports that the specification of this device will be different and it will be lesser in price than the other two. The features and hardware in 9 SE will be according to the mid-range phone. Of course, the OnePlus 9E may not be launched in the domestic market, it may be just a product aimed at overseas markets.
