After learning the latest details on the display and battery of the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro, we return to the subject with new detail on the photographic sector of the next flagships of the Chinese giant founded by Pete Lau.
According to what is reported by the well-known tipster Max Jambor, particularly active on the OnePlus front, the new top of the range of the company will continue to not have a periscopic lens in the rear photographic complex but only two huge main sensors and a third support lens. Support for Ultrashot technology will not be lacking.
As for the rest of the specifications, however, it appears confirmed that the next OnePlus 9 will be three. The new entry will be the Lite model whose main difference from the older brothers, powered by the Snapdragon 888 chip, will be the presence of the last generation Snapdragon 865 SoC or the new Snapdragon 870. An important step for the company that obviously aims to return also in the market share of flagship killers of which, at the dawn of the brand, it was the main protagonist.
The basic variant will instead be the OnePlus 9, equipped with Snapdragon 888 and 6.55-inch AMOLED Flat display with 20: 9 ratio equipped with HDR, FullHD + resolution, and refresh rate, not yet confirmed, at 120 Hz.
As for the first of the class, the OnePlus 9 Pro is finally visible in the first photo that portrays it on the front and back. Therefore confirmed the screen with curved edges, as per tradition, and the photographic sector consisting of four lenses. The main sensor will be a 48MP Sony IMX689, accompanied by the canonical macro and wide-angle lenses.
After all, in addition to the OnePlus 9 Pro and 9, the OnePlus 9 Lite should also make its debut soon. It is expected to hit the market equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor. In short, we can expect another excellent range on the part of OnePlus, which over the years has been improving its offer more and more…
Hopefully, prices will not increase in 2021, since in 2020, the most staunch fans of the brand were not really happy with the strategy. We just have to wait for more news and above all the official presentation date of the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro, which should be around mid-March.
