The OnePlus reportedly will release the OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro earlier than 2019 to compete with other major releases such as the Samsung Galaxy S20 which were announced recently and Huawei P40 which is rumored to be presented in March. Now the Oneplus 8 has been noticed in the Geekbench benchmark database, where a partial specification appears. Let’s take a look at this.
OnePlus 8 has been spotted at Geekbench under the code name GALILEI IN2025. We see that the tested smartphone has a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and 8GB of RAM memory. Then we have Android 10. Of course, with proprietary OxygenOS. We will not find more information here.
According to the passage at GeekBench, the smartphone will arrive with high-end specifications. Therefore, we have a single-core score of 4276 and a multi-core score of 12541. These are among the best scores seen in the benchmark.
It is worth remembering that at this point the OnePlus 8 that passed through there is still under development. That is, it is fully plausible that the smartphone will be even more powerful than we expect.
However, we know that the cheaper OnePlus 8 will get a 6.55-inch screen with a round indent for a selfie camera. It will be a panel with Full HD + resolution. Then we have a triple camera. There will be four lenses in the Pro model.
The rumors are still uncertain, however, it is said that this year we will have 3 models instead of the typical 3. According to previous rumors, the OnePlus 8 Lite will join the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro.
