OnePlus 7T and 7T Pro return to the center of rumors thanks to a particularly controversial leak shared by the well-known leaker Ishan Agarwal, who has published a list of the technical specifications of the basic model which leaves room for some doubts.
According to Agarwal, the standard OnePlus 7T (a Pro model is expected) will arrive with a 6.55-inch AMOLED display with 2K + resolution (1440 x 3120 pixels) and a refresh rate of 90Hz. This size is slightly larger than of the OnePlus 7 and somewhat smaller than that of the OnePlus 7 Pro panel, but it is not the only thing that changes, because it also points to the leaker that will have a smaller notch.
As for the engine, Agarwal anticipates that the OnePlus 7T will have 8GB of RAM and two combinations of internal storage (128 and 256GB), very similar to the current OnePlus 7T, although the option of 6GB of RAM may be eliminated. The processor that will give life will be the Snapdragon 855+, thus giving extra power to the model of the second half of the year.
The battery will be 3800mAh in the OnePlus 7T (100mAh more than the OnePlus 7) and 4800mAh in the OnePlus 7T Pro (800mAh more than the OnePlus 7 Pro). Nothing has been mentioned about the operating system, but the options are clear: Android 9 Pie or Android 10 just released.
For the camera, OnePlus seems to have opted for a triple-lens set-up with the main sensor of 48MP, one of 16MP and another of 12MP. There can be several configurations, but seeing the resolutions fit a wide-angle and a telephoto. They can record in slow motion at 960 FPS, there will be wide-angle video and night mode. The camera for selfies will be 16MP.
As we said at the beginning, it is expected that the OnePlus 7T and OnePlus 7T Pro will be released next September 26. Ishan Agarwal states that the event will take place in New Delhi (India) on that date, so if so, it is only a matter of time before we get out of doubt. Be that as it may, they are just leaks, so you better not take anything for granted.
