The first official image of the OnePlus 6 was released at the end of the previous week. Carl Pei, the co-founder of the OnePlus had confirmed that the OP6 features a small-sized notch and its appearance would be different from the OPPO R15 that also features a notch enabled display. Benjamin Geskin who is known for making beautiful and realistic renders of the upcoming phones has created a render of the OnePlus 6 based on the official teaser image.
As it can be seen in the image below, the notch of the OnePlus 6 features an earpiece, a selfie camera and some sensors. According to Pei, the notched enabled design of the phone will deliver a very high screen-to-body ratio. The bezels of the phone do not appear very thin and the bottom bezel is a bit thick. There is no front-facing fingerprint scanner which indicates that it could be placed on the backside.
The arrival of the OnePlus 6 seems to be drawing near as the OnePlus handset with model number A6003 was spotted at Wi-Fi Alliance recently. Its Wi-Fi certification had revealed that it is preloaded with Android 8.1 Oreo.
OnePlus has already confirmed that the OnePlus 6 will be featuring Snapdragon 845 chipset. The company has also stated that it features 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. This could be the configuration of the highest storage variant of the phone. It is also expected to arrive in 6 GB RAM + 64 GB storage and 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage.
