A few months ago Nubia had promised to deliver the update to Android 11 to its flagships in 2019. Here that after a month of testing, the company has announced that the stable version of Android 11 is now available for Nubia Z20 and Red Magic 3/3S.
The company did not announce the official changes or inclusions in this update. Nevertheless, we expect this update to support the basic inclusions that Android 11 brings. According to the company, other models have to wait for this update.
It should be noted that despite being a stable version of Android 11, this is not a global variant, so it is only being deployed in China and other regions of the Asian continent. For now, there is no specific date on whether the update will roll out globally, hopefully, yes, but it could happen in a few months.
Recall, the Nubia Z20 and Red Magic 3/3S were announced last year with Android 9 pre-installed. Subsequently, only the Red Magic 3 in its Chinese variant, was updated to Android 10, so the other two teams made the direct jump to the 11th version of the Google operating system.
