The Nubia Neo 5G comes equipped with the Ziguang Zhanrui T820 chip, which offers some impressive features. While it does not support memory card expansion, it compensates with its support for 18GB of virtual memory. The phone boasts a 6.6-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 2408*1080, delivering vibrant visuals and a delightful user experience. This architecture comprises one Arm Cortex-A76 large core clocked at 2.7GHz, three Arm Cortex-A76 large cores with a main frequency of 2.3GHz, and four Arm Cortex-A55 large cores with a main frequency of 2.1GHz. Additionally, it supports 3MB L3 cache, optimizing data retrieval and processing. Enhancing the graphical capabilities of the device is the Arm Mali-G57 MC4 GPU, operating at 850MHz.
Multiple benchmark scores have been released for the UNISOC T820, shedding light on its performance. In GeekBench 4, it achieved 2857 points in single-core running and 8410 points in multi-core running. In GeekBench 5, it secured 639 points in single-core and 2283 points in multi-core performance. When tested with GFXBench 5, it recorded 88FPS in the T-Rex test, 55FPS in the Manhattan 3.0 1080p off-screen test, and 37FPS in the Manhattan 3.1 1080p off-screen test.
Based on these benchmark results, the UNISOC T820 delivers performance that aligns with the mid-range level of the current smartphone market.
