CMF, owned by Nothing, recently released a trailer for its upcoming smartphones, smartwatches and headphones, showing some information about what they will look like, although the company has not shared any specific details about these devices. But new leaks have revealed the specs and price of the upcoming CMF Phone 1.
Yogesh Brar shared details of the CMF Phone 1 on the X platform, saying it will feature a 6.7-inch FHD AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and under-screen fingerprint recognition. The machine is powered by Mediatek’s Dimensity 7300 processor, supplemented by 6GB or 8GB of storage and 128GB or 256GB of storage space, as well as a microSD card slot for further expansion.
The informant also revealed that the new machine will be equipped with a 50MP main camera, a depth of field sensor and a 16MP selfie camera, the factory pre-installed Android 14 system, and a built-in 5000mAh battery, support 33W fast charge. As for price, Brar pointed out that CMF by Nothing will be available in India in two configurations, priced at INR 15,999 (currently about 1,393 yuan) and INR 17,999 (currently about 1,567 yuan). These prices include a limited time early bird offer, so the CMF Phone 1 May increase slightly in price after the launch period ends.
The CMF Phone 1 appears to share a fair amount of similarities with the Nothing Phone 2a, which was released earlier this year, and won’t feature the Nothing’s signature Glyph light band, with previous teaser videos revealing a unique turnbuckle design on the back, hinting that the back cover could potentially be easily replaced. CMF by Nothing will officially launch the device on July 8, and it is unclear if the company plans to release the phone outside of the Indian market.
