Nokia 9 PureView, the next top-range smartphone from HMD Global, is preparing to debut on the stage of the Mobile World Congress – the presentation event is scheduled for Sunday, February 24th; in the meantime the rumors about the terminal increase. The smartphone has recently made a stop at the Geekbench database which, as usual, is capable of some technical features of the terminals that are subjected to its benchmark.
Even Geekbench confirms the hypothesis that Nokia 9 PureView can arrive on the market with the Snapdragon 845 and not with the latest Snapdragon 855. Hypothesis increasingly consistent and that can be considered almost a certainty since more sources (even official) in the weeks last they agreed on the point.
The benchmark also confirms the 6GB of RAM and the Android 9 operating system. The passage on Geekbench is recent, the date of presentation now imminent and it is difficult to hypothesize further revisions of the hardware equipment.
It can not be excluded that there may be two variants differentiated according to the amount of RAM – 6GB and 4GB – see the data emerged in the “Device Catalog” section of the developer console of Google Play and on the Google site that contains a list of devices Android is the most recommended for business users – but the SoC is still the Snapdragon 845.
Geekbench does not provide guidance on the rear camera with five modules that will be one of the pillars on which will be based on the project Nokia 9 PureView. The remaining features should also include the 5.9 “AMOLED display with a resolution of 2880 x 1440 pixels and 128GB of storage. The novelty will be presented on February 24 of this year at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2019.
