Microstar has now launched the PRO A620M-E motherboard on the A620 chipset, which uses the AM5 processor interface and supports Ryzen 7000 series processors.
In terms of specifications, the PRO A620M-E provides a PCI-E 4.0 protocol x16 slot for installing video cards, and an additional PCI-E 3.0×1 slot for usually installing independent sound cards, expansion cards, and other devices. The DDR5 memory module supports a maximum frequency of 6400MHz and dual-channel mode.
Internally, the motherboard offers a PCI-E 4.0×4 M.2 port for maximum transfer speeds of over 7GB per second and backward compatibility, as well as four SATA3 ports for 2.5-inch SATA disks or 3.5-inch mechanical drives. The back port comes with HDMI 2.1 and VGA video ports. USB is equipped with multiple USB 3.2 GEN1 (5Gb) ports, and more USB ports can be expanded through onboard.
The network side supports gigabit network, and the AUDIO side uses 7.1 channel output capability that supports AUDIO BOOST technology.
The motherboard will be available in the near future, Microstar said.
