Recently, Motorola is reportedly conducting research on technology for its new smartphone. Reporting from Phone Arena, Motorola has filed a patent for features like the HTC Sense Edge. This feature will be embedded in the upcoming smartphone. This patent was first discovered on the website of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) with accompanying leaked images of the smartphone.
The image shows something different like a new touch screen and gripping system. Not only that, the image also displays a fingerprint scanner on the screen and a screen that is quite spacious up to the edge of the bezel. So it’s likely that Motorola will get rid of the physical button completely on the upcoming smartphone.
It seems that if Motorola’s goal is to produce a smartphone without buttons, then the virtual button points will be placed along the smartphone frame. Chances are each will also be able to display certain commands, such as HTC technology. So if the user presses the virtual button on the Motorola smartphone, it will automatically activate the specified command. Various features can also be compatible by connecting them through several levels of pressure.
Unfortunately, there are no further leaks when the company which is now under Lenovo will release the technology on its devices. But we still seem to be patient to see this technology on Motorola smartphones. Considering that the company just made a patent.
