Samsung Exynos chipsets use only a few vendors with the exception of the Korean manufacturer itself. But it seems that Motorola will soon be among such companies, which is going to release two smartphones on the Exynos 9610 hardware platform. And one of these new products will be the Motorola P40 smartphone.
The Moto P40 render the color of the brown and the latest Punch-Hole screen is used. However, the chin is still retained, and the “Motorola” logo is still designed below. The size of the Motorola P40 is 160.1mm × 71.2mm × 8.7mm.
Some rumors are especially surprising against the background of previous leaks, according to which the Motorola P40 is based on the Snapdragon 675 chipset. But it seems that the sources were wrong, and decided to use the Samsung hardware platform in its new product. And in a company with it will be installed 3 or 4GB of RAM and internal storage capacity of 32, 64 or 128GB.
In other words, the Motorola P40 will be the first Motorola smartphone based on the Samsung chipset. Like its predecessor, this gadget is likely to debut exclusively in China, and a modification of the Motorola P40 with the stock operating system, released as part of the Android One program, will enter the world market.
According to sources, Motorola P40 will be able to offer users a system of two cameras on the back panel with a main 48MP sensor and an auxiliary 5MP sensor, which the NFC-module and the 3500mAh battery do not have in last year’s model.
Information about the date of the announcement yet, as well as sales plans for Motorola P40 outside of China. However, based on the experience of the Motorola P30, the emergence of a global version of the Motorola P40 is quite real. Let me remind you, the P30 Note and P30 Play outside of China were offered as Motorola One Power and Motorola One.
