This year, Motorola has introduced three new smartphones of the One series, which includes the One Vision, One Action and One Zoom, models. This time it became known that the company is preparing another new product, which was called One Macro.
And today, One Macro also went through Geekbench, which reveals that the upcoming new product will be based on a chipset with an 8-core processor with a clock frequency of 1.9 GHz, which is likely to become the Helio P60.
The amount of RAM will be 2GB and it will run on the Android 9 Pie operating system. Speaking about the test results, in the single-core and multi-core tests, the smartphone managed to score 1429 points and 5584 points, respectively.
However, this is not all. The first image of the future Motorola One Macro appeared on the network, according to which the smartphone will be equipped with a display with fairly thin frames and a minimalistic drop-shaped Notch. The volume keys and the purple power button are located on the right side.
The smartphone has recently been certified by the NBTC in Thailand, indicating an imminent launch. The official announcement of the One Macro model may take place this fall.
The price of the Motorola One Macro is unlikely to exceed $150 to $170. We add that in the second quarter of this year, according to Gartner, 367.9 million smartphones were sold globally. This is 1.7% less compared to the result for the second quarter of 2018 when the market volume was estimated at 374.3 million units.
