Motorola recently launched the Moto G 5G Plus smartphone. It is the first smartphone in the G range to come prepared for 5G. Now, behold, this company seems to be preparing everything to launch the Moto G9 range soon. After some information about the Moto G9 Plus arrived on the Internet, behold, a listing in the Moto G9 Play Geekbench ended up revealing some specifications.
Thus, in the Geekbench 5, the Motorola Moto G9 Play won 313 points in the single-core test and 1370 in the multi-core test. The code name of this device is ‘guamp’. However, it is also possible to see that it will be powered by a Snapdragon chipset. However, the exact name is not yet known, but it is not exactly complicated to guess.
The octa-core chipset that powers the Moto G9 Play operates at 1.80GHz. Now the publication that first saw the listing on the Geekbench speculated that it may be the Snapdragon 660 chipset. The predecessor, that is, the Moto G8 Play was powered by the MediaTek Helio G70.
Of course, we still have to wait a little longer to know the information about the chipset present in this new bet. However, we already learned that it has 4GB of RAM and arrives as an Android 10 operating system. The other information is not yet known.
Last year, Motorola launched the Moto G8 Play with the Moto G8 Plus in October. Therefore, there is a possibility that the recently discovered Moto G9 Plus could arrive with Play in the coming months. The G9 reseller list, recently discovered, revealed that it has 4GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, and costs 227 euros (about $259).
Unfortunately, at the moment, more detailed details about the specifications of Moto G9 Play, as well as the time of its appearance on sale, are not known.
