Meizu has released Meizu M3S today. So what’s the difference between Meizu M3 and Meizu m3S? In fact, compared with Meizu M3, the latest Meizu M3S increased the metal body and fingerprint ID on the front. The overall design is similar to that of Meizu M3 with 141.5×69.5×8.3mm. But Meizu M3S uses the metal back cover, so the weight has changed from 132g to 138g.
Meizu M3S has added the popular Golden color besides Grey, white, blue and pink that Meizu M3 does. In order to consider antenna signal quality, the smooth back has also added two slim white line. The Home button supports fingerprint ID that Meizu M3 doesn’t have, and mTouch 2.1 for unlocking, Flyme App security, mPay, mBack interaction.Meizu M3S’ battery has increased from 2870mAh to 3020mAh, longer 15% battery life than Meizu m3.
As for other specs, they are the same. They both have 5inch 720p 2.5D curved OGS screen, powered by MT6750 Octa core 1.5Ghz CPU, and Mali-T860 MP2 GPU, 2GB/3GB LPDDR3 RAM and 16/32GB ROM eMMC 5.0 expansion support. They have dual camera with 13MP back camera, 5 Lens, F/2.2 aperture, dual color temperature LED light, supporting PDAF focus 0.2s. The front 5MP camera has 4 lens, F/2.0 aperture, and FotoNation 2.0 smart beautification.
Meizu M3S also support netcome, dual SIM card, dual standby, 802.11n Wi-Fi and bluetooth 4.0, running Flyme5.1 OS based on YunOS. As for price, Meizu M3S RAM 2GB ROM 16GB version sells at 699 yuan, at $108, and RAM 3GB ROM 32GB at 899 yuan, $138, which is $16 higher than Meizu M3 smartphone.
