On April 22, Meizu officially introduced Meizu 15, Meizu 15 Plus and Meizu M15 smartphones. Apart these phones, Meizu has also introduce two new types of earphone products at the launch event of Meizu 15 trio. The new Meizu earphone products are Meizu POP Bluetooth wireless headset and the Frontier Technology Trends Meizu Halo laser Bluetooth headset.
Meizu Halo is made up of the expensive corning fibrance cable as a luminous material with a personalized sliding magnet design with in-ear modeling. The laser light provider is Osram, a well-known company from Germany It offers high-quality sound through Bluetooth connectivity. The new earbuds will be available in red and blue color with a price tag of 999 Yuan ($158) from April 29. It will be exclusively available on Jingdong Mall on the first day of the sale and Meizu Mall with limited stocks of 10,000 units.
The Meizu Acoustics team have blended the light and sound in the past when it had launched the visible music laser headset in China. The 360-degree highlight cable glows in the dark and makes its really eye-catching. Compared to conventional low-cost LED headphones, laser earphones are quite bright and attractive.
The Meizu Halo features 1.2 meters of cable that can be worn easily around the neck. It comes with an exclusive app that controls the brightness and the light pattern of the laser which can be adjusted for different environments like streets, night and quite listening.
