Xiaomi is launching the Redmi Note 5 in China on March 16. Recent reports have revealed that the Chinese manufacturer it is a rebranded Redmi Note 5 Pro smartphone that was launched in India in the previous month. The Meizu E3 that will be launching on March 21 is expected to debut as a worthy competitor for the Redmi Note 5 since it is expected to arrive with similar specs. Today, the entire specs and pricing of the Meizu E3 has been revealed.
Previous leaks had suggested that the Meizu E3 will be available with a starting price of 1,799 Yuan. However, fresh information reveals that its pricing will be much cheaper. The Meizu E3 featuring 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage is now rumored to arrive in the market with a price tag of 1,499 Yuan. It is speculated that there will be a higher version of the phone featuring 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. This variant is expected to hit the market with a price tag of 1,999 Yuan.
As far as specs are concerned, the Meizu E3 will be featuring a 5.99-inch display that will support FHD+ resolution. The dual camera sitting on the rear side of the phone is expected to include Sony IMX363 sensor. The Snapdragon 636 chipset that powers the Redmi Note 5 will be also available under the hood of the Meizu E3. Lastly, it is expected to feature a 3,000mAh battery that will carry support for 20W fast charging.
