Meizu has been using a 3D Sonic single-point ultrasonic fingerprint recognition solution from Qualcomm since the 18 series, and the mTouch Max on the Meizu 21 Pro is the company’s first application of wide-area ultrasonic fingerprint technology. Previously, only vivo has used Qualcomm 3D Sonic Max wide-area ultrasonic fingerprint solution.
According to the official Meizu warm-up poster released yesterday, the Meizu 21 Pro is equipped with a 6.79-inch screen, using a center single hole straight screen design, and provides “an elusive one-handed grip.”
Meizu 21 Pro has obtained 3C certification and network access license, the model is M481Q, M481S, the certificate shows that the maximum support 80W fast charge, produced by Lens Technology. Blogger @Digital Chat said at the time that it would be equipped with an “extremely rare” 2K screen plus a large ultrasonic fingerprint.
It is worth mentioning that Meizu announced on February 18 that it would stop the traditional “smart phone” new project and transform to the AI field, which triggered speculation about whether Meizu 21 Pro could be released as usual. Subsequently, Meizu officially announced on the 23rd that the Meizu special event originally scheduled for the 29th would be held as usual.
