Preceded by a follow-up of promising benchmarks, the new top range set up by Meizu is now official which, with the Meizu 16T smartphone. It is known that this product will be aimed at the smartphone gaming segment with very strong hardware parameters, large screen but has a very attractive price.
Specifically, Meizu 16T owns a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED screen with Full HD resolution + 18.5: 9 aspect ratio, 600 nits brightness, and DCI-P3 color gamut. This screen has a Super mTouch fingerprint sensor built into the screen. According to Meizu, this sensor takes only 0.2 seconds to unlock the device. The device weighs 183 g and it has the following dimensions: 159.63 × 78.2 × 8.3 mm.
Along with that, Meizu 16T is also equipped with Snapdragon 855 processor clocked at 2.84 GHz, 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 3.0 internal memory capacity up to 256GB. Comes with the machine is a battery capacity of 4500mAh, supports 18W fast charging.
As a device focused on the gaming experience, Meizu 16T is equipped with a linear vibration motor and Game Mode 4.0 mode, supporting a more efficient gaming experience. Besides, the machine is also equipped with dual speakers and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Meizu has partnered with Tencent to enhance the gaming experience on Meizu 16T. It will work on Android 9 Pie OS with Flyme 7 UI interface, integrated AI OneMind 3.5 technology.
The back of the Meizu 16T is a vertically arranged 3-camera system, including a 12MP Sony IMX362 main sensor with f / 1.9 aperture, an ultra-wide 8MP f / 2.2 sensor with a 118-degree viewing angle and a 5MP depth sensor f / 1.9. Meanwhile, the selfie camera on the front of the device has a resolution of 16MP.
To grab the Meizu 16T, in black, purple, and red, you will have to wait a few more days, with the actual availability set for next October 28th , when it will be possible to buy it for about 253 euros (1999 yuan) for the basic variant, from 6 + 128GB to around 291 euros (2299 yuan) for the one with 8 + 128GB, and around 317 euros (2499 yuan) for the model with 8 + 256GB.
Besides Meizu 16T, the company said that the stable version of the first models of the Flyme 8 will be launched on November 11. Meizu 16T will open the beta application channel today, and the stable version will be officially launched in December.
