It’s Loxjie ‘s turn to enter the scene at Macfay Hardware, a hi-fi manufacturer specializing in digital amplifiers and DACs. That’s good; we’re testing the Loxjie A30 Amplifier for you today, a class D amplifier that includes an aptX Bluetooth receiver and a USB DAC; its original design and its TPA3116 from Texas Instrument as an amplification chip, it directly attacks the tenors of the entry-level market.
Design
The LOXJIE A30 comes in a metal aluminum case. The design is nice, in the spirit of some Android consoles with rounded edges. The assembly is chic; nothing rattles do not hang out inside the case. The developers brag about the dimensions; indeed, the amplifier will not take up much space on your desk. If desired, it can be placed vertically by installing it on the side wall. The coating is matte, very pleasant, and sandblasted.
Hardware
In addition, LOXJIE A30 is equipped with a Qualcomm Bluetooth chipset, and wireless input compatible with Bluetooth 5.0 and aptX codec is also possible. The output can be switched between “headphone output” and “speaker output” using the supplied remote control or the control knob on the front. Each work has an independent volume control. The speaker output is equipped with a result for a subwoofer connection and the banana plug for a 2ch passive speaker of L/R. A low-pass filter enables high-quality low-frequency output that filters out vocals, etc.
Features
The nature of the sound largely depends on one or another connection scenario. With a USB connection, the built-in DAC and amplifier are used. The sound is smooth, detailed, balanced, and transparent. Pleased with the study of nuances on the treble, the feed is rather airy, with good resolution. There are no accents, the bass is neat and accurate, and the high frequencies are transparent and extended. The presentation is surprising; in the budget segment, you rarely see this.
Connectivity

There are no accents, the bass is neat and accurate, and the high frequencies are transparent and extended. The connection quality is good, but only within the declared 10 meters. I tried to walk with a smartphone around the apartment (1 concrete wall + 2 doors), and in the end, I was satisfied with the quality of the signal.

Verdict & Buy
Well, all that changed with the Loxjie A30. This is an attractive, solid performance with excellent measured and subjective sound quality. Including a USB DAC and Coax/Toslink input eliminates the need for a DAC for less clutter. It can easily replace a sound bar (using Toslink input from TV) and make for a great secondary system. Forty watts into 4 ohms with very low distortion and noise is plenty good for desktop use. LOXJIE A30 Desktop Stereo Power Amplifier is available on AliExpress at Just $169.99 in Flash sale.
