It’s been about three months since well-known “leakster” Evan Blass unveiled a new smartphone called the LG K30 and that fit into the low-end segment. Now it seems that the smartphone is already available in the US and more specifically in the T-Mobile store. It is important to point out that the LG G7 was officialized yesterday and soon after the K30 appeared on the internet on a support page of the well-known US operator.
This equipment has thick frames and a fingerprint reader on the back. Also noteworthy is the 5.3-inch HD display with a resolution of 720p and a 16: 9 aspect ratio. Coupled with this is an unidentified quad-core processor but rumors point to a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 operating at 1.4 GHz. The K30 offers 2GB of RAM, 32GB of storage capacity and a microSD card slot that supports up to 2TB. Also featured is a 5MP front camera for selfies and a 13MP rear for photos and videos.
Other features include a 2880 mAh battery that can last up to 13 hours, a fingerprint reader located on the back with a 3.5mm headphone jack and a USB-C port. Already at the level of connectivity includes Wi-Fi N, calls Wi-Fi 2.0, NFC, Bluetooth 4.2 and support for LTE bands 2, 4, 5, 7, 12, 66 and 71.

Unfortunately, the phone comes with Android 7.1 preinstalled and has very low chances to get an update to Android 8.0 Oreo in the near future. The LG K30 is priced at $225 (approximately 1432 yuan) and you can also be paid in installments of $9 per month for a total of 24 months.
