A new LENOVO game code-named “LENOVO 82S9” has appeared on the Geekbench scoring platform, powered by Intel’s upcoming 12-generation Core Mobile high-performance processor I9-12900HK.
In terms of running score, this i9-12900HK has 1751 points for single core and 6438 points for multi-core. The low running score of multi-core may be the reason for the test model.
In terms of parameters, Intel I9-12900HK adopts large and small core design, with 14 cores and 20 threads, including 6 large cores and 8 small cores. The main frequency is 2.89ghz, the core frequency is 4.888ghz, and the three-level cache is 24MB.
Notably, LENOVO 82S9 uses DDR4-3200 memory, rather than the latest DDR5 memory. This could mean that the high latency of DDR5 can have some detrimental effects on game frames.
Earlier at architecture Day, Intel confirmed some specifications for Alder Lake mobile processors. Alder Lake-P mobile processors will be equipped with up to six Golden Cove performance cores and eight Gracemont energy efficient cores. A total of 20 threads are expected to be released in q1 2022.
Intel 12 generation Core desktop processor has been released, the flagship model i9-12900K has up to 5.2ghz Core frequency and up to 16 cores and 24 threads specifications, supporting DDR5 memory and PCIe 5.0 connections, and the first Intel 7 process.
