Lenovo’s Motorola has officially confirmed the upcoming release of its Razr series—premium compact foldable smartphones—and the Edge series—sleek ultra-thin devices with advanced AI imaging capabilities, both slated to debut in May.
A Motorola foldable phone model, “XT2551-3,” recently surfaced on China’s Telecom Equipment Terminal Certification platform, revealing key specifications and official images. The device features a 4.0-inch external screen with a resolution of 1080×1272 pixels and a larger 6.96-inch inner display at 1224×2992 pixels, both supporting 1.07 billion colors for vibrant visuals.
The Motorola foldable phone is powered by a dual-cell battery setup with capacities of 1090mAh and 3185mAh. The camera details include a dual 50MP rear lens array and a 50MP front-facing sensor for high-quality imaging.
Additionally, on March 26, three Motorola models (XT2503-3, XT2507-5, and XT2505-4) were certified by China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). These are speculated to align with the Edge 60 Fusion, Edge 60 Pro, and Edge 60, respectively, expanding the brand’s 2024 portfolio.
