VR (virtual reality) is one of the most highlighted technologies of this year, mainly in the smartphone space. VR headsets have become a common sight nowadays, and the headsets are getting cheaper and more advanced. Many major smartphone companies have already released their own VR headsets, and the latest one to join the list is LeEco.
Yes, LeEco LeVR Pro 1, the first VR headset from LeEco, is going to be released soon. The registrations have already started for the headset at the LeMall website and the LeVR Pro 1 will start selling on 9th August. The headset will let you watch high-quality video content in virtual reality, providing a totally immersive experience.
From the teaser poster, we can notice that LeEco’s VR headset is a bit different from other VR headsets, at least in terms of design. The LeVR Pro 1 looks more modern and futuristic than other budget VR headsets. The headset will support LeEco Le 2, Le 2 Pro, and Le Max 2. The headset costs CNY 399 ($60).
Not much is known about the device yet, but we are sure that it will be a treat for LeEco fans. The company may decide to launch the VR headset in other countries. We’ll keep you updated about it, so keep checking back.
