At the end of last year, Xiaomi launched Mi 12, Mi 12 Pro, and Mi 12X, but as rumors suggest, the extra-large Mi 12 Ultra was sadly absent from the event. According to the relevant revelations, the name of this supersized flagship has aroused a lot of debate recently, with many sources saying that the machine may be named Xiaomi MI MIX 5 Pro. Of course, no matter what the name is, the machine is already getting a lot of attention. Now comes the latest news. Digital bloggers recently brought further details about the phone.
According to the latest information posted by digital blogger @digitalChat, a new Mi phone code-named “L1” has indeed been scheduled, and combined with previous leaks, it is officially the upcoming oversized flagship mi 12 Ultra (or Mi MIX5 Pro). The blogger also said that the key configuration of the device has been confirmed, and it will be powered by the SM8450 chip, which is based on Samsung’s 4nm process, rather than the snapdragon 8 Plus. From this, this phone is likely to meet with you in the first half of the year.
In other news, the new Mi 12 Ultra will feature a flexible, curved OLED display on the front, with a front camera also centered, according to previous leaks. In terms of hardware configuration, it will be equipped with a new generation of Snapdragon 8 processor, and it will also enhance images and quick charging, especially in the image part. The rear camera module adopts exaggerated Oreo modeling design, and the whole camera area occupies nearly half of the area of the back. There are four built-in lenses. The main camera is expected to be equipped with a 200 megapixel main camera module. It will use Samsung’s latest ISOCELL HP1 sensor, measuring 1/1.22 inch, and is expected to debut a video system jointly built by Xiaomi and Leica.
