Huawei is preparing to release its new smartwatch Watch Fit, as evidenced not only by numerous information leaks but also a certification in Bluetooth SIG. The watch will be released under the Huawei brand, but the model number is different from those about which information has previously appeared.
The watch has a model number TIA-B09, which differs from the model numbers of the future Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro (VID-B19) and Honor Watch GS Pro (KAN-B19). It will be recalled that Huawei previously registered the Mate Watch trademark, and it was expected that the watch under this brand would be announced together with the Huawei Mate 40, but, most likely, this should be expected in 2021.
The Huawei Watch Fit will have a 1.64-inch rectangular AMOLED display. This watch can track running, swimming and cycling, and has built-in GPS and barometer. In addition, the smartwatch has a heart rate sensor that supports sleep monitoring and activity tracking.
On the right side, there is a physical pill-shaped button and a hole at the top. This, in theory, should be a microphone or a built-in voice assistant. The smartwatch will come with stress tests and breathing exercises. According to reports, the price is 119 euros (about $140) and the Huawei Watch Fit is expected to go on sale next month.
