Earlier, it was reported that Huawei will hold a new event on December 23 to unveil its Mate V foldable device and its first Huawei Watch D smartwatch that supports blood pressure measurement.
Digital bloggers have taken pictures of the Huawei Watch D, which features a square face with a slightly curved screen and two physical buttons on the right side, Health and Home.
In addition, in blood pressure testing, the watch supports measuring the wearer’s high pressure, low pressure and pulse. Some bloggers revealed that the watch has integrated pressure bag to simulate the real blood pressure measurement process, so the data will be more accurate.
Notably, the watch also has an ECG-ECG function, so heart rate, ECG and blood pressure can be measured.
At huawei Pollen annual conference this year, He Gang, president of mobile phone product line of Huawei consumer Business, pointed out that Huawei is currently developing wearable blood pressure measuring devices and will launch research on hypertension management with well-known domestic institutions to explore innovative active health management of blood pressure from screening to early intervention.
